// Rebranding one of the world’s most iconic whiskies, we created an award winning product like no other and crafted a short film that coincided with the launch to celebrate its release. Inspired by Orkney’s rich past as a Viking colony, we created a visual identity and brand position for Highland Park that has history and heritage at its heart.
// A hand drawn illustration - inspired by the exterior artwork from the tiny stave church in the small hamlet of Urnes in Norway – take pride of place on the outer packaging and by using progressive production techniques we were able to create a near three-sixty degree embossed bottle inspired by the same ancient carvings from the eleventh century. Embossed in silver foil on the side of the outer pack is our newly designed typeface created exclusively for Highland Park and this project. Creating a short film as part of the product launch, we showcased the bottle, pack and the newly re-imaged brand identity. The impact this project has had on the brand is still on-going but let’s just say there are a few more Highland Park drinkers around the world.
