Inspired by Orkney’s rich past as a Viking colony, we created a visual identity and brand position for Highland Park that has history and heritage at its heart.
We spent a lot of time researching and updating the brands colour palette. Taking inspiration from Highland Park’s home and heritage, we carefully selected colours that reflected the Orcadian natural landscape and environment.
We plucked colours from the moorlands,rocky sea cliffs, the sky and from the wild foliage and flora surrounding the distillery. This was a massive change from the very muted grey scale palette that had been used for years. Our new colours injected life and colour into the brand and reflected their DNA.
